US 25 Pipe Bevelers from 1/2″ to 4″

Portable tube edger, with pneumatic or electric motor, with capacity from 0.5″ to 4″ and various accessories. Chuck with tool holder to perform several simultaneous operations, such as: beveling (internal and compound) and faceting. Protem’s USA 25 Tube Edger is made with a high quality finish for weld preparation on any type of alloy tube, stainless steel and other alloys with a high nickel content.

US 40 Pipe Bevelers from 2″ to 8″

Portable pipe edger, from 2″ to 8″.Chuck with tool holder to perform several simultaneous operations, such as: chamfering (internal and compound) and faceting. Supplied with 2 HP pneumatic or electric motor. Performs repeated welding preparations on all alloy tubes, including stainless steel, duplex, superduplex, inconel, etc., with high quality.

US 80 Pipe Bevelers from 4″ to 14″

Portable heavy-duty beveling machine for pipes from 4″ to 14″ outside diameter. Chuck with tool holder for performing several simultaneous operations, such as: beveling (internal and compound) and faceting. It is supplied with one or two 2 HP pneumatic motors, which use between 5 and 7 kg of air pressure and consume 2,000 l/min of water each.

Optional: flange repair arm and internal diameter corrector (ID tracker) to maintain the same root thickness regardless of the ovality of the pipe.

External Clamping Tube Facing and Beveling Machines – PROTEM SE Series

The Protem SE series facing and beveling machines are lightweight and portable. They can machine most metal pipes, including stainless steel, with outer diameters ranging from 10 to 120 mm. The tool holder plate can bevel, step, and perform internal beveling either individually or simultaneously for all three operations. The tool holder plate can accommodate up to four machining tools. Once the tools are calibrated for a specific finish, the tool holder can easily be swapped for another with a different bevel definition. The machines in this series come standard with electric or pneumatic motors. They secure the pipe with a highly durable wedge, ensuring a very precise finish.
