Timeline of Our Expansion
1989 - Peru and Chile:
- Beginning of operations with commercial trips to represent family businesses in Sharples Stokes industrial centrifuges, conducting their manufacturing, repair, and marketing. Focusing on the dairy and fishing industries.
1992 - Hong Kong:
- Establishment of Online Asia Ltda, intermediating goods between South America and Europe.
- Financial analyst for IMPSA in the Philippines, Malaysia, and China, leading feasibility studies and financing for projects such as:
- Container cranes with investments up to 5 million dollars, using the Project Finance model, where we raised capital based solely on the purchase contract.
- Hydroelectric plants with budgets up to 300 million dollars, developed under the BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) model.
1996 - Miami, United States:
- Opening of an office that still acts today as a strategic bridge for sales and purchases between South and North America.
- This strategic base not only strengthens our commercial operations but also serves as a platform to access financing in the United States, aimed at projects in Latin America.
1998 - Brazil:
- Arrival in Brazil, where we have operated continuously in the industrial field, establishing ourselves as a key player in one of the most dynamic and demanding markets in Latin America.
- We represent, among other brands, Protem of France and a renowned American orbital welding company, strengthening our position in the industrial sector.
- We drive the development of local suppliers in the field of metalworking, promoting the manufacture of machines complementary to the French ones to make the final product more competitive in the market.
- We established a joint venture with a Norwegian orbital welding company, providing electromechanical maintenance services for the machines in Brazil, with a main focus on serving Aker Solutions of Norway, a relationship that continues to this day.
2008 - Portugal:
- Beginning of operations, consolidating relations with Protem France and representations of leading European companies from the Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, and Norway.
2013 - Mexico:
- Opening of a company for industrial sales, including cutting and beveling equipment in Coatzacoalcos.
2014 - Colombia:
- Commercial operations to this day with a strategic focus on the local market.
2024 - Argentina:
- We founded a new company in Argentina, capitalizing on the economic awakening and political changes to expand our influence in the region.
- We incorporate our experience gained in Brazil over 25 years working with Protem of France, contributing to the strengthening of the industry in Argentina.

Our Founder and Business Philosophy
Christian Franke, founder and director of Alianza Exportadora Ltda., combines a solid academic background (Bachelor of Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master's in Marketing from ESPM in Sao Paulo) with a distinguished professional career that spans Asia, Europe, the United States, and Latin America.
Among the most notable milestones of his career:
- 4 years as a Financial Analyst in Hong Kong, conducting feasibility studies and presentations to banks and investors for major projects in Southeast Asia, including hydroelectric plants like CBK in the Philippines.
- Since 1998, he opened his own company in Brazil, which has consolidated today as the leading company in the rental and sale of cutting and beveling machines, working closely with major subcontractors of leading companies such as Petrobras in Brazil.
- 2021 - Specialization Course in Welding Inspection Level I and II - IAS Argentina.
- 2024 - Courses in Artificial Intelligence and Asset Tokenization.
